About me

How my EFT tapping journey started:

In 2012, I was working in a high-stress environment, getting sick constantly, and I had a knee injury that Western medicine couldn’t properly diagnose. My primary care doctor finally recommended I try acupuncture, and when my acupuncturist could tell that I have frequent sinus infections simply by looking at my tongue for five seconds, I was fascinated. After that, I tried to learn everything I could about Eastern medicine. I also had an interest in psychology and was thinking about pursuing it and becoming a therapist, but I found so much value in acupuncture and wanted to combine them somehow. Three years later, someone recommended a book about EFT to me, and it felt like the perfect marriage of acupuncture and psychology. Five years later, I decided to get certified. I love that EFT is so accessible because it doesn't require any equipment, works for people well for those who fear needles, and can be done anywhere and at anytime.

I am certified in Clinical EFT by EFT Universe. This program is endorsed by the Veteran’s Association, American Psychological Association and American Nurses Association.

Practice dedication:

My practice is dedicated to Taka, my amazing first acupuncturist who introduced me to the wonderful world of alternative healing and inspired me to learn everything I could about holistic health.
